What is your current lead time?

For standard catalog pieces, our current lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. For entirely bespoke, custom commissions built from scratch, projects typically take 8 to 12 weeks from the time the 50% deposit clears and final shop drawings are approved.

Can I change the design once the build starts?

Design changes can be made up until final shop drawing sign-off. Once physical milling begins, modifications are subject to structural feasibility and may incur a change-order fee.

How do you handle delivery?

We proudly offer secure, blanket-wrapped inside delivery throughout the Ottawa Valley. For clients outside the local region, we can coordinate custom freight crating. Scheduled workshop pickups are also welcome.

Do you work with materials like pine?

What is the care and maintenance?

We specialize strictly in solid, premium domestic hardwoods to ensure lifelong structural integrity. We do not build with construction lumber, like pine or spruce.

We finish our pieces to endure daily life. Maintain its natural beauty with these three rules:

  • Clean with a damp cloth only (avoid harsh chemical spray cleaners).

  • Use coasters and trivets to protect against extreme moisture and heat.

  • Keep the piece away from direct heat sources (like radiators) to prevent seasonal warping.
