Because every piece is engineered specifically for your space from premium, hand-selected domestic hardwoods, all projects require a non-refundable 50% material deposit to secure a slot in our active production queue and initiate lumber procurement. What We Offer

Because every build is custom-engineered, we work with you to design furniture tailored exactly to your space. Our core capabilities include:

  • Dining & Boardroom Tables: Built with robust internal joinery to withstand daily use while highlighting premium grain matching.

  • Media Consoles: Custom-configured with hidden cable management, ventilation channels, and soft-close hardware.

  • Mechanical Casework: Specialized items like independent dual lift-top coffee tables designed for hidden storage and dynamic utility.

  • Sofa & End Tables: Compact, high-utility accent pieces including slim, double-upright accent pieces and traditional Shaker-style designs.

  • Every project begins with a clear plan. To get started, you will fill out our custom intake questionnaire to outline your spatial constraints, preferred domestic hardwood species (such as walnut, white oak, maple, or ash), and functional needs. From there, we will discuss the structural design, aesthetic goals, and provide an initial rough cost estimate for your piece.

  • Once we agree on the rough scope and estimate, a 50% non-refundable material deposit is required. This deposit secures your position in our active workshop production queue and allows us to source and hand-select the raw, premium lumber required for your build.

  • Before a single blade touches wood, you will receive detailed, dimensioned digital shop drawings of your furniture. We will finalize exact wood grain layouts, edge profiles, and base configurations. Physical fabrication begins only after you review and provide formal sign-off on the final design.

  • Your furniture is hand-crafted in our Petawawa workshop using a blend of traditional joinery techniques and modern mechanical precision. During the build process, you will receive exactly two major milestones updates: one when the carcass joinery is fully machined and dry-fit, and a second during the final hand-rubbed hardwax oil application where the grain first pops.

  • Upon completion, the remaining 50% project balance must clear prior to the furniture leaving the workshop. We proudly offer secure, blanket-wrapped inside delivery throughout the Ottawa Valley, or you can coordinate a scheduled pickup directly from our shop.
