Because every piece in our collection is meticulously handcrafted to order in our local workshop, our logistics workflow is designed to prioritize the safe, pristine transit of your heirloom furniture.

1. Free Local Workshop Pickup (Petawawa, ON)

  • The Process: Once your piece is completed, the finish has cured, and your final 50% balance is settled, we will coordinate a dedicated time slot for you to collect your furniture directly from our shop in Petawawa.

  • What to Bring: We highly recommend bringing a clean vehicle with ample clearance, moving blankets, and tie-down straps to protect your wrap-around grain and fine finishes during transit.

2. Coordinated Local Delivery (Ottawa Valley & Renfrew County)

We provide personal, white-glove delivery directly to our clients throughout the local region.

  • Our Core Delivery Zone: We offer flat-rate local delivery to the following Forward Sortation Areas (FSAs): K8H, K8A, K8B, and K0J.

  • The Service: Personal delivery includes bringing the piece directly into your home, leveling it in its designated space, and handling any final on-site installation adjustments (such as leveling feet setup).

  • Scheduling: Delivery windows are coordinated individually once the piece is fully completed and your build invoice is finalized.

3. Regional Transit & Shipping (Outside Local Zones)

If you reside outside of the immediate Ottawa Valley or Renfrew County area, we can arrange dedicated regional transport or freight crate shipping.

  • Inquiry Required: Because shipping rates for large, solid hardwood furniture vary significantly based on weight and destination, shipping fees are handled separately from your online website deposit.

  • How it Works: Simply submit your order deposit normally through the storefront catalog. Once your build slot is logged, we will contact you directly to discuss freight carrier options and provide a separate, transparent logistics quote tailored to your location.

Important Order & Logistics Notes

The 50/50 Balance Rule: The payment processed through the website checkout serves strictly as a 50% material and build deposit. Regardless of your chosen logistics method (Workshop Pickup, Local Delivery, or Freight), the remaining 50% project balance must be fully settled prior to the furniture leaving our workshop floor.
